We were excited to watch the first Israel-Dubai conference between November 24-26. A delegation from Bahrain’s King Hamad Global Center for Peaceful Coexistence came to Israel this week and met key figures in academia and civil society.
Israel should leverage its new relationships, Ari Fleisher said this week. Hend Al-Otaiba wrote in Tablet about the new relations and Bahrain’s former ambassador wrote Houda Nonoo at The Jerusalem Post about the exciting new world of peace.
In business and travel we covered code-shares for El Al and Etihad, as El Al said it will put 14 flights a week into its new route, as Fly Dubai’s first flight arrived. Watergen signed a deal with Al-Dahra and DIFC FinTech Hive is now working with FinTech Aviv. All this paves the way for GITEX in December when Israelis will take part in the important tech event.
